A hideaway truly off the beaten track. 6 romantic cottages reminiscent of C19th Miners Cottages all with your own verandah, cosy log fires,elegantly furnished with luxurious bathrooms. Let your passions run away with you in the intimate surrounds of our heritage cottages. With the slow burning fireplace to keep you warm and the luxury bathrooms, your every desire will be fulfilled. Spectacular sunsets are a regular occurrence here at Old Timberlight. Each day we will serve you refreshments while you sit back and watch the sun set over lake Timberlight. Breakfast: Cereals, fresh fruit, juice and a cooked breakfast. All served in the dining room at your leisure. Lunch: An informal affair, depending on the weather and your choice of activity for the day. It could be a picnic hamper to take to the gorge, a bbq in the goldfields or perhaps a lazy afternoon by the lake eating from our very own woodfired oven. Dinner: Dinner is a more formal affair with food cooked by our own fabulous chef. Sue never likes to cook the same thing twice so be prepared! Currently the restaurant is BYO with the exception of our complimentary bottle of wine with dinner.
